We explain how gas analysis helps create cleaner and more efficient air solutions for processes, helping factory operators achieve their emissions reduction goals. We have divided our approach into three phases, showing how addressing each phase will contribute to creating a better environment for us all.

COMBUSTION EFFECT [GIAI ĐOẠN MỘT]

The combustion reaction mixes the fuel with oxygen (from the air), providing heat energy that can be transferred elsewhere in the process. Typically, this requires a significant amount of fuel, poses safety risks, and produces toxic emissions. Optimizing the air to fuel ratio provides the most efficient response. During the period before gas analysis, the combustion heater was run under high excess air conditions. This is inefficient and increases fuel consumption but avoids creating unsafe conditions that could lead to an explosion. Excess oxygen (O2) will combine with nitrogen and sulfur in the fuel to create unwanted emissions such as nitrogen oxides (NOx) and sulfur (SOx). Accurate gas analysis of O2 and combustibles such as carbon monoxide (CO) has provided better methods of balancing the air-fuel ratio and controlling the combustion reaction. Controlled combustion offers many benefits to plants looking to meet environmental standards. Fuel consumption is reduced and safety is improved. It also results in fewer emissions, reducing NOx, SOx and CO and reducing the greenhouse gas carbon dioxide (CO2).

ANALYZER USED IN PHASE ONE

SERVOTOUGH FluegasExact 2700

Designed to measure O2 and COe in flue gas to improve combustion efficiency and reduce emissions, the SERVOTOUGH FluegasExact 2700 gas analyzer meets the most demanding needs of combustion efficiency applications in manufacturing industries. and electricity processing. It is commonly used by fossil fuel power plants and operators in other SOx-emitting processes, such as waste incineration. Typically, the exhaust gas is sprayed with a layer of wet lime to remove up to 95% of the sulfur dioxide (SO2) content from the gas. A gas analyzer measures the SO2 content after this treatment to check that any remaining sulfur compounds are within regulatory limits.

A single device can perform multiple emergency actions.
